Operating Terms &
Freight Agreements
Defining the structural integrity of our logistics partnerships. Professional clarity for every mile transit and every square foot stored.
Liability & Limits
We're committed to the highest safety standards, yet transit involves inherent variables. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to standard industry SDR rates unless otherwise declared in writing before dispatch. Carriers don't assume total risk; insurance is always recommended.
Warehouse Storage
How long can your cargo stay? Storage cycles are billed on a 28-day rotation. Items left beyond 90 days without active dispatch orders may be subject to lien protocols. We maintain climate-controlled environments, but the nature of goods must be fully disclosed upon arrival at ARLINGTON DISTRIBUTION AND STORAGE LLC facilities.
Transit Times
Estimates are professional targets, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and port congestion are realities we manage daily.
Payment Terms
Standard Net 30 for established accounts. Late fees apply after 31 days. Why wait for paper? We prefer digital clearing.
Regulatory
All forwarding follows international DOT and FMCSA guidelines. We don't take shortcuts with compliance. Ever.
